Winter "Pay-it-Forward" Fund for Readers

In the past few years, I've come to truly understand how vital mutual aid is for our survival as a community. We aren't meant to struggle through life alone. Those with a little bit extra can/should help those who need a little boost. And when those folks are able, they pass it forward to help others. 

With that spirit, I'm happy to announce Tuma's Books Winter Pay-it-Forward initiative. 🎉 From now until Dec. 2nd, "Pay-it-Forward" from anything on our website. Then, starting Dec. 5th, anyone (within the US) can request an item. No questions asked.

More about how it works:

Paying it Forward: you can "pay-it-forward" in many ways, such as:

  • leaving a tip during checkout (all tips from now until 12/2 will go into the PIF fund)
  • placing an order and leaving a note to let me know some of all of the items are for the PIF program.
  • buying a Pay-it-Forward cash voucher
  • donating directly via Venmo (@Tumasbooks) or CashApp ($TumasBooks). Make sure to leave a note that says "Pay-it-Forward".

If you'd like to really get into the holiday spirit, please leave an encouraging note or book suggestions that I can share with recipients.

  3. I will review submissions and respond on a first come, first serve basis for as long as we have gifts/funds available.
